| From the bridge follow the track on top of the shingle to the end of the beach, just where the coast path starts
ascending a steep cliff |

| At the end of the beach turn left over the style and proceed inland along the path and track, after a mile turning left on to a tarmac road .
Just before the river bridge 200 yards further on, look on the right for the gate to the riverside path which will take you back along the river to the bridge at the north end of the Tanybwlch
shingle beach. |
